By email instead
If you would rather write from your own mail programme, because you want to
attach a file or keep a copy in your own sent folder, the address is
contact email.
It reaches the same person the form does.
There is no telephone line and no chat window. We are a small operation, and
an email is read by somebody who can actually change the thing you are writing
about, which is usually worth more than a fast reply from somebody who cannot.
When we answer
Within two working days. For a request about your data, within a month at the
very outside. That outside limit is the law's, not our habit.
About your data
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion: same form, same address.
See the privacy policy for what there is and what you
may ask for. We do not ask why.
Reporting something
Documents that are not the sender's, or anything else against the
content policy: same route. That page says
what to include so we can act on it.
